Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled cleaning. In fact, we prefer that the home be unoccupied whenever possible, as it allows us to work more efficiently and thoroughly without interrupting your daily routine.
We completely understand that this isn't always possible. If you need to be home, we kindly ask that you avoid the areas we are actively cleaning so we can complete the service as efficiently as possible.
If you'll be away, please make arrangements for us to access your home (such as a door code, lockbox, garage code, or hidden key) and let us know any special instructions before your appointment.
Your home and belongings are treated with the utmost care and respect, and we take pride in providing trustworthy, professional service every visit.
-
Yes! We bring all of our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service, including microfiber cloths, vacuums, steam mops, and cleaning solutions.
If you have specific product preferences or would like us to use your cleaning products due to allergies, sensitivities, or the type of surfaces in your home, we're happy to accommodate your request. Just let us know before your scheduled appointment.
Our goal is to leave your home clean, fresh, and well cared for while using products that are appropriate for each surface.

We treat every home with the utmost care and respect, and we take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients through trust, quality workmanship, and open communication.
If you have any questions or concerns before booking, we're always happy to discuss them with you.
-
Absolutely! We love animals and are happy to clean homes with pets.
For the safety of your pets and our team, we ask that any pets who may become anxious, protective, or aggressive around strangers be secured during your cleaning appointment. We also appreciate being notified ahead of time if your pets have any special needs or if there are any areas we'd like to avoid.
We look forward to meeting your furry family members!

Cleaning times vary depending on the size of your home, its condition, and the type of service you've scheduled.
On average:
Routine Maintenance Cleaning: Typically takes 2–5 hours.
Deep Cleaning: Typically takes 7–8 hours. If completed by one cleaner instead of a team, it may take longer.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: These services typically require a minimum of 10 hours and may take longer depending on the size and condition of the home.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Every home is unique, and the actual cleaning time may vary to ensure we provide the thorough, high-quality service you expect.

A little preparation helps us spend more time cleaning and less time organizing.
Before your appointment, we ask that you:
Pick up clothing, toys, and other personal items from floors and countertops.
Wash and put away dishes, or have them loaded into the dishwasher.
Secure any pets that may be anxious or protective around strangers.
Provide access to your home and any necessary entry instructions.
Let us know about any areas that need special attention or surfaces that require special care.
Preparing your home before we arrive allows us to focus on what we do best—providing a thorough, detailed cleaning and making the most of your scheduled appointment.
