Payment is due the day before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

If payment has not been received by 5:00 PM on the day of your scheduled cleaning, a $20 late fee will be added to the unpaid balance for each additional day the payment remains outstanding.

All clients are required to keep a valid card on file for policy-related charges, including late payments, late cancellations, no-shows, or lockouts.

Your card will never be charged for routine cleaning services unless payment is overdue or a service policy has been violated.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the home due to a lockout, no access, or no communication from the client, the full 100% scheduled cleaning fee will be charged.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text message and email the day before your scheduled service.

If you do not receive your reminder email, please check your junk or spam folder. Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information current and ensuring they are aware of their scheduled appointment.

Home Access & Being Present During Cleaning

For the best cleaning experience and the highest level of detail, we prefer that clients, family members, and guests are not present in the areas being cleaned while our team is working.

We understand that there are times when someone may need to remain home during a cleaning appointment. In those situations, we are happy to work around you and your schedule as much as possible.

Please understand that having individuals moving through recently cleaned areas may impact our ability to complete the most detailed and thorough cleaning possible within the scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation in allowing our team the space needed to provide the best results.

To ensure clear expectations, please review the details of the cleaning service you are booking before your appointment.

Each service has a specific scope of work, and the level of detail will vary depending on the type of cleaning selected:

Please see details in above section.

Our team will complete the tasks included within your selected cleaning package. Requests outside the listed scope of work may require additional time and may result in an additional charge.

Clients are expected to have the home reasonably prepared for cleaning by removing excessive clutter, personal belongings, and obstacles from cleaning areas.

AshLi & Co provides professional cleaning services and is not a home organization or decluttering service. If our team arrives and a significant amount of time is required to tidy, organize, or move items before cleaning can begin, an additional tidying fee may be added based on the amount of time required and the condition of the home.

This allows our team to dedicate the scheduled appointment time to providing the detailed cleaning service our clients expect.

To maintain recurring client pricing and priority scheduling, clients are expected to continue their agreed-upon recurring cleaning schedule.

Clients who move away from their recurring schedule and request service again in the future may be subject to current pricing and availability at the time of rescheduling.

Thank you for trusting AshLi & Co Residential Cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services for every client.
